Website Terms
Last revised: 8 September 2026
Website and service information
These terms explain use of emeldalifestyle.com and its enquiry and booking-request features. Emmy Lifestyle & Wellbeing provides women-only at-home services in Abu Dhabi and Dubai across Physical Therapy, Massage, Nails, Waxing, Facials and Lashes. The site is not a walk-in storefront, product shop or online payment service. Service-specific arrangements are discussed directly with Emmy.
Requests are not confirmed appointments
Submitting the booking form or completing the assistant’s booking flow sends a request for review. An available start time is not a guarantee of an appointment. Emmy follows up on WhatsApp to discuss pricing, the exact home location and appointment details before confirming. No payment is taken on the website. Cancellation, rescheduling, pricing and any service-specific conditions must be discussed and agreed directly; this page does not invent those policies.
Request details and scheduling
Please provide accurate contact and request details and use an international number connected to WhatsApp. Requestable booking starts are hourly from 08:00 through 22:00, Monday–Saturday, in UAE time; Sunday is closed. These are booking start times, not a promise about treatment duration. Availability can change before confirmation. The service area remains Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Contact Emmy before requesting a service for a minor; no service age or guardian policy is established by these terms.
Physical Therapy, wellbeing and the assistant
Website and chatbot information is general service information, not a diagnosis, emergency service, individualized medical advice or a substitute for an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on the assistant to assess a condition or decide whether a treatment is suitable. For an urgent medical concern, contact appropriate emergency services. The assistant can make mistakes and cannot independently confirm appointments or change the agreed service arrangements. Nothing on this page asserts an unconfirmed qualification, licence or clinical outcome.
Responsible website use
Use the website for genuine enquiries and requests. Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority, send abusive or unlawful material, attempt to bypass security, access private Admin functions, overload the service or interfere with other users. We may restrict requests or access to protect the website and its users. Technical checks can occasionally prevent a legitimate request; you may use the contact link to ask for help.
Content, external services and availability
Site text, branding, photographs and media may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by their respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant a licence to republish or commercially reuse those materials, except where permitted by law or permission. External services such as WhatsApp and provider sign-in pages have their own terms and privacy practices. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses or control over external services. Please verify important appointment details directly with Emmy.
Limits, privacy and updates
These website-use terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not replace any separately agreed service terms. Please read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information handling and browser storage. We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website; the revision date appears on this page. For questions about the website or a request, use the WhatsApp Emmy contact link.
